We meet with local business and civic leaders, we have many guest speakers, and we may tour the Capitol, Micron Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and other local industries. The city of Boise is located in the Mountain Northwest Region of the United States.  It’s a large enough city to offer lots of amenities, but small enough to get around safely.  Boise has much to offer culturally. The Boise Philharmonic, Boise Art Museum, Boise Library Book Sale, The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, the Old Penitentiary, and the Morrison Center for Performing Arts are just some of the venues students may visit.
